If you purchase Learn Larp, LLC’s products, and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Learn Larp, LLC may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age, gender, and race. We may collect additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Magischolaprep.com and it’s affiliated Discord Server, P2A4ontheCat (“magischolaprep.com”, “Magischola Prep”, “P2A4 on the Cat”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) values the privacy of children and of all of its users. This COPPA Privacy Policy (“COPPA Policy”) is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and contains important information for parents and guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information we collect from children under thirteen (13) years of age who use our website services at www.magischolaprep.com and the Discord server P2A4 (collectively, the “Websites”), through browser and other web extension applications, and through the services available through our Websites and Apps (such services, along with the Websites and Apps are, collectively, the “Services”).  For the purposes of this COPPA Policy, “child” or “children” means a child or children under 13 years old.

 

Children’s personal information will be handled as described in this COPPA Policy. In order to permit children to access our Online Platform, a parent must create the account on Discord, using a parent’s email, and with the parent able to monitor and control their child’s account.

Use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this COPPA Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into this COPPA Policy.

 

Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (“COPPA”). COPPA requires that online service providers obtain parental consent before they knowingly collect personally identifiable information online from children who are under 13. Therefore, we only collect personal information through the Services from a child under 13 where parental consent for that child to use the Services and disclose personal information to us or where the parent or legal guardian of a child has signed the child up to use the Services. For children under the age of 13, all information and accounts must be created and monitored by the parent or guardian.
